Freshman Kyrie Irving is a one and done.

The star guard is leaving Duke after one season, and has declared for the NBA Draft.

What's surprising is that Irving would leave despite missing significant time due to a toe injury. Irving played only 11 college basketball games.

The 6'2 former St. Patrick's High School standout averaged 17.5 points and 4.3 assists per game at Duke.

Irving has a strong open court game, and isn't afraid to penetrate. He shot nearly 53 percent from the field, and better than 46 percent from beyond the three-point arc.

With Jared Sullinger having announced that he will stay at Ohio State, Irving figures to be selected within the first three picks.

Arizona Wildcats forward Derrick Williams and Czech Republic big man Jan Vesely are considered to the other most sought after draft candidates.
