Erin Andrews Talks 50 Cent: Discusses Near-Awkward Kiss At Daytona 500 [VIDEO]

A. J. Calloway of “Extra” asked the Fox Sports correspondent her take on the kiss that took place on the racetrack at the Daytona 500.

“I went one way; he went another,” she said.

Last month, on the racetrack during the Daytona 500, 50 Cent approached Andrews while she was looking to interview Nascar star Danica Patrick.

Things got awkward when he went to kiss Andrews on the cheek, but she turned away. The rapper ended up walking with Andrews briefly after the uncomfortable encounter before Andrews ended her segment.

50 Cent tweeted after the incident, “Hey I wanted to kiss her so I did.” He denies he was denied a kiss, writing, “Denied? Wow they called me to interview with @ErinAndrews, we are working together on my street king energy campaign. That’s why I was being nice.”

Andrews and 50 Cent are working partners for SK Energy drink, which was introduced as Street King in 2011 and rebranded as SK Energy last summer. Other celebrities who have promoted the drink include Pauly D and Joan Rivers.
