The final qualifiers for the Euro 2012 Finals were played on Tuesday. Here's a round-up of who has qualified, who hasn't and what they have to do to qualify.

Group A

Winners - Germany

Play-Offs - Turkey

Turkey grabbed a nervous 1-0 win over Azerbaijan and managed a play-off spot with it, much to the dismay of third placed Belgium. German finished the group as winners with a perfect record of 10 wins from 10 games.

Group B

Winners - Russia

Play-Offs - Republic of Ireland

Richard Dunne's goal helped Ireland secure a 2-1 win over Armenia and give themselves a spot in the play-offs. Group winners Russia won 6-0 against Andorra to qualify as group winners.

Group C

Winners - Italy

Play-Offs - Estonia

Serbia's 1-0 loss to Slovenia on Tuesday gave Estonia the play-off spot while Italy qualified as group winners.

Group D

Winners - France

Play-Offs - Bosnia & Herzegovina

A late France penalty earned the home side a 1-1 draw against Bosnia & Herzegovina, after Edin Dzeko had scored for the visitors. It was enough for France to qualify while B&H earned a play-off spot.

Group E

Winners - The Netherlands

Second place - Sweden

The Dutch had already qualified while Sweden's 3-2 victory over them earned a spot in the Finals as they are the best second-placed team.

Group F

Winners - Greece

Play-Offs - Croatia

Despite winning 2-0 over Latvia, Croatia finished second and must battle the play-offs to qualify. Greece qualified as group winners.

Group G

Winners - England

Play-Offs - Montenegro

No Group G fixtures were played on Tuesday as the group games had already been completed on Friday.

Group H

Winners - Denmark

Play-Offs - Portugal

Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal side have to battle through play-offs in order to make it to the Finals next year. Denmark qualified as group winners.

Group I

Winners - Spain

Play-Offs - Czech Republic

Spain completed the group with a 100% record while Czech Republic took the play-off spot after finishing second.
