The flexible body clad ‘LG G Flex 2,’ tied to the model No. H959, is now available at a significantly discounted price. The online retailer Expansys is offering this LG handset with 27 percent discount for $329.99 for the 32 GB LTE version.

The so-called self-healing smartphone comes in red or black hue. The original price from Expansys was $449.99, GSM Arena noted. In the meantime, interested readers can place orders via Expansys USA and take advantage of free shipping.

The LG G Flex 2 comes with a 5.5-inch curved P-OLED display, bundled with 1,080 x 1,920 pixel screen resolution. The standout feature is the unique curved form that has the ability to self-heal when accidently dropped. In comparison, the predecessor LG G Flex sports a 6-inch display made of plastic, instead of the synonymous glass substrate. With the new design philosophy, LG proved to the world a handset need not be super-sturdy to avoid damages caused by accidental drops, Phone Arena reported.

Tech Radar said the Korean tech giant says the G Flex 2 is equivalent to the 4K TVs with curved screens. LG says the design of the smartphone “naturally matches the contour of the eyes.” Plus, the self-healing rear shell reportedly comes with the ability to make accidental scratches disappear within “10 seconds,” whereas the predecessor takes around “10 minutes,” the site noted.

Other LG G Flex 2 specs include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, Android 5.0.1 Lollipop, 3 or 2 GB of RAM options, 13 megapixel rear-facing sensor with dual-LED flash and a 2.1 MP secondary shooter. In addition, LG offers two choices when it comes to storage, 16 GB or 32 GB. Lastly, a solid 3,000 mAh battery unit completes the flexible handset.
