EA Sports teased on its official FIFA Facebook account that the FIFA franchise could be part of Xbox-related festivities tomorrow at Microsoft's Xbox Reveal event, which is set to begin on Tuesday at 1 p.m. EDT.
The tease consists of a shot of FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi from the back, accompanied by the words "See the next generation of FIFA." The date and time of the event is listed directly underneath the text, along with "#XboxReveal."
Earlier this month, EA and FIFA announced that they reached an agreement to extend their partnership until at least 2022. With this new tease, it looks as if FIFA 14 could be a title that's available when the next Xbox, commonly referred to as the Xbox 720, launches. A release date for the next-gen console is rumored to be holiday 2013.
What do you think of this tease? What do you want to see in FIFA 14, as well as the Xbox 720? Sound off in the comments below.
