“The Flash” fans haven’t seen the last of Tracy Brand yet.

In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Todd Helbing said that Anne Dudek will reprise her role as Tracy “at some point” in Season 4 of the CW series. When asked if Tracy is still part of Team Flash next season, Helbing said, “I don’t believe so, but you’ll see her.”

Dudek appeared in four episodes of Season 3. The actress made her first appearance in Season 3, episode 20, and was last seen in the Season 3 finale, where her character mourned the death of her lover, H.R. (Tom Cavanagh).

Prior to joining “The Flash,” Dudek most recently recurred on Syfy’s “The Magicians” as Prof. Pearl Sunderland. The 42-year-old actress is best known for her roles as Danielle Brookson on USA Network’s “Covert Affairs,” Dr. Amber Volakis on Fox’s “House” and Lura Grant on HBO’s “Big Love.”

News of Dudek’s return to “The Flash” comes a few days after it was revealed that Tom Felton won’t be returning as a series regular next season. While Felton has not yet booked a return to the CW series, Entertainment Weekly reported that the “Harry Potter” alum could still reprise his role as Julian Albert in the future, storyline- and schedule-permitting.

With Dudek and Felton not reprising their roles in Season 4, episode 1 of “The Flash,” remaining members of Team Flash have no choice but to step up in order to protect Central City from all kinds of threat. “Everybody has risen to the occasion, everybody has stepped up,” Helbing said. “You have Iris (Candice Patton) now as team leader, you have Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale) and Vibe (Carlos Valdes) going out on the town and taking out all the meta, they’re working closely with Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and CCPD.”

Although the new Team Flash is “pretty formidable,” Helbing admitted that they’re still not quite [what they used to be].”
