Florida charges are still pending for the Dougherty Gang, three siblings from that state, for allegedly shooting at a police officer north of Tampa, in an incident that triggered a national manhunt that ended in their arrest in Colorado this week.

Ryan Edward Dougherty, 21; Dylan Dougherty Stanley, 26; and Lee Grace Dougherty, 29, were being held in Pueblo County, Colo. on Friday as authorities decide what new charges they will face, acocridng to The Associated Press, which also reported that police in Zephyrhills say shots were fired from the Dougherty's car during a high-speed chase on Aug. 2.

The article further stated that warrants were issued last week charging Ryan Dougherty, a convicted sex offender, with failing to verify his address and stealing a car from his girlfriend.

The three fugitive siblings are accused of crimes in three states and was ordered held on a $1.2 million bail each by a Pueblo County judge on Thursday.

They were also likely to face attempted murder charges, authorities told Reuters on Thursday. They are also looking at first-degree assault of a peace officer, said Bobbi Griffin, district administrator for the 10th Judicial District, in a written statement to the news agency.

The three siblings, wanted for crimes in Florida and Georgia, were caught in Colorado on Wednesday after leading police on a high-speed chase that ended with them crashing their car into a highway barrier, and the sister being shot in the leg by a police officer while she was chambering a gun after the accident.
