George Clooney, who is currently promoting the film “Tomorrowland,” gushed about wife Amal Clooney in an exclusive interview with News.com.au. The Academy Award winner heaped praise on his spouse and also divulged some interesting details about his marriage to the high-profile barrister.

The couple have reportedly had an enjoyable start to their marriage. The 54-year-old actor revealed that he and Amal can’t be apart for more than a week and have been managing their schedules accordingly. The actor added that since marrying Amal, he has developed a taste for Lebanese cuisine.

“We don't disagree on many things so far. And since she's smarter than me, the only way we resolve anything is by arm wrestling. That is my only chance of winning anything with her because if it's an intellectual battle, I would lose,” he added. George also gave his views about Amal’s fashion sense, revealing that she has her own sense of style.

Apparently, Amal does not have a stylist and she likes choosing her own dresses. According to George, his wife “pays a lot for her own stuff” and there are designers who ask her to wear their dresses so that their name can be marketed.

The couple got married last year in Venice. The wedding was one of the most talked-about affairs of the year: More than 100 guests attended and Amal wore an Oscar de la Renta dress while George wore a custom-made Armani tuxedo.

Meanwhile, George is currently looking forward to the release of “Tomorrowland.” The film is an adventure mystery about a genius inventor and boy taking a journey to a place that exists in their memory, IMBD reported. The film is scheduled to be released May 22. It has been directed by Brad Bird and also stars Hugh Laurie and Britt Robertson.
