Your Feeny call has been heard and answered, “Girl Meets World” fans!
According to William Daniels, who portrays the wise and lovable character George Feeny, the mentor will make his gallant return to the “Boy Meets World” sequel this summer. The 89-year-old actor took to Twitter to confirm the exciting news of Mr. Feeny’s reprisal on the Disney Channel series.
After a fan of the Emmy Award-winning performer tweeted her excitement for a future Feeny feature on “Girl Meets World,” which is currently in its third season, Daniels assured his Twitter follower that she wouldn’t have to wait long.
@cballart I'm told my next appearance on Girl Meets World will be sometime in August. I'll have to ask Bonnie for the exact date. -Bill

Bonnie Bartlett, who starred on “Boy Meets World” as Dean Lila Boland, also happens to be Daniels’ wife. Hopefully she can give fans an exact date of when viewers can catch Daniels’ anticipated August appearance.
This will be Daniels’ third time appearing on the hit Disney series. He debuted on “Girl Meets World” during the show’s pilot episode and appeared again in the sophomore season. The last time viewers saw Feeny, Cory (Ben Savage), Shawn (Rider Strong), Topanga (Danielle Fishel), Riley (Rowan Blanchard) and Maya (Sabrina Carpenter) had traveled from New York to Philadelphia, hoping to dig up the time capsule in Feeny’s backyard. He caught the sneaky kids going through his garden, prompting one of Feeny’s iconic speeches.
We can only assume Mr. Feeny will share some more words of wisdom when the cherished character makes his return to the small screen this summer.
