Google has slashed the price of the Nexus 6P by $50. The price cut is also valid on the newly introduced matte gold edition of Nexus 6P smartphone. Customers who will take advantage of this deal can also avail $50 discount on Huawei Watch.

Google Nexus 6P was launched in October 2015 with three storage variants such as 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB for $499, $549 and $649, respectively. The Nexus 6P was initially available in three color options namely, aluminum, graphite and frost. At the start of this month, a matte gold edition of the Nexus 6P was also made available. Now, Google has slashed the price of all the four color variants of Nexus 6P by $50.

The Verge has reported that $50 discount on Nexus 6P is not a permanent price cut. The offer will expire on Feb. 14. Buyers of the Nexus 6P will stand a chance of purchasing Huawei Watch with a $50 discount. The Nexus 6P with its new pricing can be availed from Google Store and Best Buy, Phone Arena reported.

The Google Nexus 5X too is available with a discount of $80. The 16 GB and 32 GB Nexus 5X variants that were launched with a respective pricing of $379 and $429 are now available for $299 and $349. The Nexus 5X can be availed with new pricing through Google Store, Amazon, Best Buy and B&H Photo.

The Huawei Nexus 6P is the successor model for last year’s Nexus 6 smartphone built by Motorola. The Nexus 6P is the first ever Nexus smartphone to arrive with a full-metallic chassis.

The Nexus 6P comes preinstalled with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Its key specs include 5.7-inch full HD screen, Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3 GB of RAM, 12.3-megapixel camera, 8-megapixel selfie shooter, USB Type-C, fingerprint scanner and 3450 mAh battery.
