How will you be spending your Valentine’s Day? Well, we know we’ll be celebrating ours with a marathon of “House of Cards.” Honestly, could you think of anything more romantic then cuddling up with your loved one to watch some political drama? On Feb. 14 at midnight, Netflix will release all 13 episodes from season 2 of the Emmy Award-winning show. And we have a feeling that we’ll be watching every single one.

So, what can fans expect from season 2 of the political thriller starring the chilling Kevin Spacey? According to the official synopsis:

“In the second season, Francis (Kevin Spacey) and Claire (Robin Wright) Underwood continue their ruthless rise to power as threats mount on all fronts. Zoe Barnes (Kate Mara, ‘American Horror Story’), an up-and-coming reporter and Francis’s former paramour, is inching closer to the truth about his crimes. President Walker’s (Michael Gill, "The Good Wife") billionaire confidante Raymond Tusk (Gerald McRaney, "Southland") demands that Francis reciprocate political favors or face retribution. And Claire must confront the increasing glare of the spotlight as it eats away at her and Francis’ once private existence. The Underwood’s must overcome these dangers -- past and present -- to avoid losing everything, regardless of collateral damage they leave in their wake.”

But we have more for you than just the leaked overview of season 2. According to TV guru Natalie Abrams of TV Guide, we should expect a whirlwind of personal drama to rip through “House of Cards.” Specifically, Frank and Claire’s controversial past. After becoming vice president last season, Frank and his family are being blinded by several spotlights shining on them. And from the looks of season 2 promos, Claire doesn’t seem to be dwelling under the pressure.

Rumors indicate that the upcoming series of “House of Cards” will bring forth painful memories from Claire and Frank’s past—specifically surrounding their decision not to have children. “But don't expect the media frenzy to keep Frank from committing his usual dastardly deeds. On the contrary, he'll get his hands dirtier than ever in very short order,” TV Guide assured that despite tear-jerking moments on the show that Frank wouldn’t let his emotions get the best of him.

So, fans—expect more drama, more politics, and a whole lot more of reasons to love Spacey when “House of Cards” returns.
