HP on Monday introduced the world first printer that connects directly to the web.

Hewlett-Packard new line of printers that allow you to access and print Web content from partners Google, Nickelodeon, and USA Today without a PC.

The Photosmart Premium with Touchsmart Web is a 4-in-1 printer that can print, scan, copy and fax. It features 4.33 inch color touchscreen, print speeds of up to 33 pages per minute, a 4x6 photo in 18 seconds, automatic duplexing, a memory card reader, DLNA certified, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, and Ethernet connectivity.

It also bundles patented tech software such as HP Auto Sense, HP Photo Print Gadget, HP Smart Web printing and HP iPrint Photo, and it supports API that enables web content developer to create widgets for the Touchsmart Web UI.

The inkjet printer will be available this fall for an estimated retail price of $399.
