Rapper, singer-songwriter, record executive and business entrepreneur Lil Wayne has been in the music industry since he was 12 years old. He recently purchased a massive $15.4 million property in Los Angeles.
Wayne’s luxurious, multimillion real estate was constructed in 2019 and comes with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The world-famous rapper, who has an estimated net worth of $170 million, as per Celebrity Net Worth, purchased the residence on March 17.
The $15.4 million house spans more than 12,000 square feet of land and is situated next to Kylie Jenner’s mansion in Hidden Hills, which the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star bought for $12 million in 2016, as per Page Six.
Wayne’s entire property sits on three acres of land that contains the main house and a guesthouse, the New York Post has learned.
The neighborhood Wayne’s new property is located in is also home to other artists and personalities, including Drake, Lori Loughlin, Jessica Simpson and other members of the Kardashian family.
The interior of the home opens into a sun-drenched open floor plan with a two-story entry. The kitchen is equipped with two large islands and is packed with professional-quality stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast room.
The rooms all connect to the family/great room that has sliding doors made of glass. Based on the listing, the home also has free-flowing living and dining rooms. The property’s minimalistic backyard also features a pool and an outdoor bar.
The recording artist’s brand new home provides a panoramic view of nature from the primary suite and comes with a massive retreat, two large closets and an all-stone bath equipped with a steam shower. The luxurious real estate also features a glass-encased, refrigerated wine display and piano area, an entertainment lounge with its own wet bar and a home theater with a starry light ceiling.
The rapper splurged on the property after he was granted clemency last December after pleading guilty to a federal firearms charge. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida brought up the case against Wayne.
