Jamie Lynn Spears is back, and she's gone a little bit country.

Spears, the younger sister of Britney, performed on a Nashville stage on Monday night, delivering a set list of original country songs in front of family and friends, People reported.

Just wanna thank all my amazing friends and family for coming out tonight!!!! #feelingthelove, the 20-year-old wrote on Twitter following the show.

The audience included Spears' parents Lynne and Jamie, her grandfather June and country music star Pam Tillis.

I am so emotional tonight, a proud Lynne Spears told People.

Absent from the crowd was Britney, who is currently on her Femme Fatale tour in Europe. The 29-year-old pop princess showed her support via Twitter.

Heard you were amazing sis :) Love you!! Spears wrote.

Jamie Lynn, who first rose to fame through her Nickelodeon teen shows All That and Zoey 101, has been absent from the spotlight in recent years due to mommy duty.

In 2008, Spears, then 17, gave birth to a daughter, Maddie Briann. Her pregnancy was highly criticized by some of her fans mainly due to her age at the time. Spears has since split from Maddie's father, Casey Aldridge, after being engaged for one year.

Around here, everyone has the same focus. The focus is family, and that's a good way to live . . . I had the perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed, Spears told OK! in June 2008.
