Jared Leto is making moves in real estate. The actor has listed his contemporary starter home in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles for just under $2 million. The “Suicide Squad” Joker bought the four-bed, three-bath, house for $1.65 million back in 2006.
The private and secluded estate, which was built in 1955, is in the east Hollywood Hills, just a short distance from all the major movie studios.
The 4,021-square-foot property includes a spacious living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, dining room, music studio, an oversized family room with its own wet bar and dual large master suites with incredible closet space. Outside, the grounds boast mature tropical landscaping, a private pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, grassy yard, and fire pit.
In January 2015, Leto purchased a $5 million home in Los Angeles’ Laurel Canyon that used to be a military compound and secret film studio.
The listing agents are James Harris and David Parnes of the Agency.
