Who says three is a crowd? Following her secretive nuptials to actor Justin Theroux, Jennifer Aniston jetted off to Bora Bora with her husband Thursday. But the newylweds were not alone.

People reports that several of Aniston’s close friends joined them on their tropical getaway. Included in the group was Aniston’s “Friends” co-star and longtime friend Courteney Cox. Other notable names on the trip include comedian Chelsea Handler and Aniston’s “Horrible Bosses 2“ co-star Jason Bateman.

Aniston, 46, and Theroux, 43, were spotted boarding a private plane for the tropical locale Thursday. Photos from their airport outing did not show Aniston’s group of celebrity pals in tow. However, according to the magazine, Aniston's group of pals was seen arriving at a Polynesian resort with them the same day.

While it may seem odd to bring friends on a honeymoon, it is worth noting that Cox played a big role in Aniston’s nuptials. Cox, 51, who has been friends with Aniston since 1994, reportedly served as Aniston’s maid of honor when she tied the knot to Theroux at their shared home in Bel Air, California, on Wednesday. Cox is rumored to have been one of the last guests to leave the wedding, finally parting ways with the newlyweds in Thursday's wee morning hours.

According to People, Aniston and Theroux decided to bring their close pals on their vacation in order to keep the party going. “The pair flew with their friends on a private plane out of Los Angeles, inviting the honeymoon tag-alongs because they want the celebration to last as long as possible,” an insider said.

Aniston and Theroux wed in front of 75 people. Several reports suggest their guests thought they were attending a surprise birthday party for Theroux. Ahead of their ceremony, photos of a Muppet-themed wedding cake and a “man of the cloth” entering their property tipped off TMZ that they were most likely getting hitched.

The actors first met while filming the 2012 comedy “Wanderlust.” They announced their engagement in September 2012 after over one year of dating. This is Theroux’s first marriage and Aniston’s second. She divorced actor Brad Pitt in 2005.
