When the San Francisco 49ers lost the NFC Championship game last weekend, missing out on a chance at the 2012 Super Bowl, it didn't quite hit home for Johnny Price, the team's 4-year-old fan, until Tuesday. A tearful video of Johnny crying because the 49ers won't be a part of the Super Bowl game next week was posted on YouTube and it went viral on Friday.

According to Mercury News, Johnny, a preschooler from Vacaville in Solano County, didn't realize that his favorite team wouldn't be playing in the Super Bowl until Tuesday.

I thought the 49ers would be in the Super Bowl, a tearful Johnny can be seen in the video, telling his father Ryan Price.

Maybe next year they will be in the Super Bowl, his father responded.

Those words seemed to be the most hurtful for Johnny who began sobbing even more.

Are you going to watch the Super Bowl anyway? his father asked. We can still watch the Super Bowl.

Johnny stopped crying for a while and stared at his dad and asked, How?

Well the 49ers just won't be in it, his father replied. We will watch the Patriots and the fricking Giants.

OK, Johnny said before he began crying again.

And it will be fun, his father said.

OK, Johnny responded.

All right. I still love you. You still love me? his dad asked. Johnny nods his head representing a yes response.

Who's got it better that us? his dad asked.

Nobody, Johnny replied.

The video has gotten more than 149,000 page views and was reportedly seen by Jed York, 49ers owner, who then tweeted: Couldn't have said it better myself.
