An Eenie Meenie Justin Bieber is at the center of a domestic violence dispute in Colorado.

Michael Nuanes, a Denver police officer who was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend in January, claims she was the true perp: He's accused Christine Polliard of throwing number of objects at him in a heated altercation -- including a Justin Bieber action figure.

Nuanes was charged with domestic violence and criminal mischief after a daylong ordeal at their shared Colorado home. According to a Smoking Gun report, the police officer's girlfriend claims he grabbed her by the hair, threw her to the ground, and punched her in the ribs.

But Nuanes insists the alleged victim had thrown things, pushed him, shoved him, grabbed him, bit him, slapped him with an open hand, attempted to strangle him and beat him up during the altercation.

According to the police affidavit, Nuanes pointed out a 'Justin Beiber' doll which was the item used to injure him. He claimed the doll-toss resulted in a bruise on the outside middle part of his left foot.

Mini-Bieber suffered more severe injuries: According to the affidavit, the doll's foot was broken off. It is unclear when or how the amputation occurred.

The violence was reportedly sparked by an argument over Polliard's Facebook status -- she told investigators that Nuanes had issued ultimatums related to his wish that she change her status to reflect their relationship.

Nuanes is due in court on May 4.
