Karrueche Tran, Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend, is “eager” to listen to the singer’s new diss track “Kae,” Hollywood Life reported Saturday. Tran made it clear that she wants Brown to move on just as she did, according to the report.

“She is eager to listen to it and listen to his new album, but she will not react negatively to it in any way,” a source told Hollywood Life. “She wants the record and the song to do what it can do and be as successful as possible. As long as he doesn’t dog her in the press she will let it be and not defend herself and make derogatory comments towards him,” the insider said, adding, “She wants him to move on just as much as she has moved on.”

On Thursday, Brown talked about the “Kae” song to gossip website, the Shade Room, and defended saying that it was not "a bashing song."

"People will make and use their own opinion," Brown said. "The song is saying that the relationship is no more. I’m expressing the time apart and the space that’s between two people who loved each other. The list of my mistakes are a mile long on my end. I’m expressing that I’m not familiar with who the other person is anymore at this point in my life. No bashing and definitely not hate."

Tran and Brown broke up earlier this year after the model found that the “Loyal” singer is a father of a child he had with model Nia Guzman. Brown reportedly made several efforts to get Tran back, but she dismissed all his requests of reconciliation.
