Kate Gosselin Remains Silent As Ex Jon Reveals He Doesn’t Talk To Twin Daughters Mady And Cara

Jon Gosselin is once again making details about his custody situation with his eight children public. The former “Jon and Kate Plus 8” TLC star revealed Thursday that he doesn’t see have a great relationship with his 15-year-old twin daughters Mady and Cara.

Following his divorce from Kate Gosselin in 2009, Jon says his eight children, including now 12-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Joel and Aaden and Collin, used to visit with him, but their visits have since become fewer and far between. “Everybody used to come to my house. You know, it was great,” Jon told ET Online. “Then Madelyn and Cara just stopped coming, around 12-13 [years-old].”

The 39-year-old DJ and aspiring TV producer says he initially didn’t question his eldest daughters’ decision not to visit. “I was just like, ‘Hey, do what you want, be with your friends.’ And then it just became they’re not coming.” Now Jon admits their relationship is strained. “Madelyn and Cara, I don’t see that much, or often. We’re kind of not talking right now.”

Ahead of Mady and Cara’s birthday in October, Jon says he’s hopeful they can mend their broken relationship as they “move into womanhood.”

It’s not just issues with Mady and Cara, though. Jon says its been “three to four years” since he’s seen all of his children together, and two years since he’s seen his son Collin. “The kids that I do get are Hannah, Leah, Joel and Aaden. I guess the four have stuck together and said, ‘We’re going to Daddy’s and that's it.’ And maybe they’ll raise a stink about it or something like that,” Jon said. “Sometimes I get Alexis but not often.”

Kate has yet to address her ex’s claims, only posting a photo of her family’s “fur kids” on Instagram Thursday. “We are really enjoying life with our THREE king German Shepherds!” she wrote. While Kate, 41, has not spoken out about Jon’s comments on their twin daughters, it appears her relationship with their oldest offspring is intact. Late last month she posted a shot (above) of her with Mady and Cara smiling outside Solider Field in Chicago for a TLC event.
