Kate Middleton has a problem with eye makeup, according to Dame Vivienne Westwood in a recent interview with the Sunday Times Magazine.

"I think she's got a problem with eye make-up!" Westwood said of the Duchess of Cambridge, as reported by The Telegraph. "The sharp line around her eyes make her look hard. Either she should be smudgy or wear none."

Westwood, who has been in the fashion industry for about 40 years, isn't a big fan of Kate Middleton's sense of style either.

"Let me put it this way. It seems to me, that her image is "ordinary woman". Therefore, high street shopper," Westwood said. "And I just think she should be an extraordinary woman, wherever she gets her clothes from."

Kate Middleton recently made it to the top of Vanity Fair's International Best Dressed list. It's her second time on the prestigious list.
