Kate Middleton, who has found herself in a pool of gossip over her pregnancy rumors, is reportedly sweating it out to keep in shape. According to the latest issue of OK! magazine, as cited by Hollywood Life, working out has become an everyday part of Middleton’s life.

The magazine reported that even if it’s just 15 minutes, [Middleton] does something to get her heart pumping every day,” according to Hollywood Life. The Duchess of Cambridge has been working out with a personal trainer since her pregnancy with Prince George. She has also incorporated running and swimming for her daily cardio, the magazine reported.

The 34-year-old was determined to get back to her pre-pregnancy body by doing pilates and yoga throughout both her pregnancies and took help from her sister Pippa Middleton, according to OK!

While Middleton makes sure to eat healthy, the report added that she has even roped in her husband Prince William to follow her daily workout. According to the magazine, Middleton’s diet primarily consists of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats and juices.

“One of her favorites is a puree of berries and almond milk — whenever she’s having sugar cravings, she’ll throw one of those together,” a source told OK!

However, the mother of two sometime treats herself with dark chocolate and gummy candies, the report added.

Life&Style magazine reported recently that Middleton was pregnant with twins, making her the first in the royal family to be a mother to twins since the 15th century. However, Gossip Cop, which famously debunks celebrity rumors, dismissed the magazine’s story. A palace source told the website that Middleton and William were not expecting twins.
