Kelly Clarkson revealed on Monday that she is expecting a girl. The pop singer, who is married to talent manager, Brandon Blackstock, took to Twitter to reveal the sex of her child.

“We just found out we’re having a girl officially! I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!” Clarkson wrote on Twitter.

Clarkson also recently tweeted about her pregnancy woes along with some tips for her fans. In a post on Jan. 12, she said: “Ladies if you r pregnant & sick as a dog trust me when I say the one thing u will keep down might just be "baked potatoes" #godblesspotatoes.”

Clarkson, who announced her pregnancy in November, told Parade Magazine at the time: “I’m totally gonna have a girl. I’m manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you're gonna be like, ‘That chick knew it!’” She also cited the reasons as being her “gut feeling” and “a scientific feeling.”

“She’s killing me,” the former American Idol winner reportedly said back in November. “Of course it’s a girl, causing the trouble.” She also talked about her morning sickness saying: “I don’t know why they call it morning sickness – that’s my big joke right now – because it’s, like, all day and night.”

The news of Clarkson’s pregnancy came just a month after her marriage to Blackstock in Tennessee at a small ceremony. Blackstock has two children from a previous relationship.
