Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom have headed to couples therapy, People reported Thursday. The celebrity duo has been on the rocks the past few months after the former Los Angeles Lakers star faced allegations of infidelity and substance abuse. The Odoms have continued to wear their wedding rings throughout the tabloid headlines that declared they were ultimately doomed.

A source who spoke to People said they "have been going to therapy together” and they have kept in contact, despite the drama playing out in the headlines. But they’re also working on themselves individually. The source said: "They've also been going separately.”

The rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family is behind Odom to get well from his apparent drug addiction. "The family is supporting his recovery," an insider told the news site.

But just because the duo is going to therapy doesn’t mean divorce is off the table. "No moves have been made [toward divorce], but [it's] just not clear what's going to happen,” the insider said.

In season 8 of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” Odom hasn’t appeared in any of the episodes, but instead is a distant figure who randomly calls Kardashian on other family members' cell phones. In one of the last shows, Odom didn’t respond to Kardashian’s calls and was apparently M.I.A. Though the 29-year-old never directly addresses her husband’s absence, she alludes to something unmentionable going on with her husband.

Kardashian recently made an appearance in London to promote the sisters’ fashiom line, Kardashian Kollection.
