"God has given me this child and I don't have to hide it from none of y'all," Barrino told the crowd.
In December that same year, MTV reported that the American Idol winner gave birth to son Dallas Xavier.

In December of 2005, Gwen Stefani announced at her Ft. Lauderdale, Fla concert that she was expecting her first child. According to PEOPLE, the former No Doubt frontwoman told the crowd to sing "loud enough so the baby hears it." The singer gave birth to son Kingston James the following May.

Lauren Hill
In June 2011, Lauren Hill announced that she was pregnant with her sixth child while performing a show in Detroit, Mich.
According to US Weekly, the Grammy-winner joked about her growing family.
"I'm going to be taking time off to give birth," Hill said. "I keep having these children. I don't know if I'm the most fertile woman in America."
The following month, the Washington Post reported that Hill gave birth to a baby boy named Micah, making it clear that she was at the end of her pregnancy during the concert announcement.

Jennifer Lopez
While on tour with then-husband Marc Anthony in November 2007, Jennifer Lopez confirmed her poorly concealed pregnancy while performing at Miami's American Airlines Arena.
"We didn't want to say anything before because we didn't want to take away from the tour, but Marc and I are expecting." Lopez told the cheering crowd.
The following February FOX news reported on the birth of the pair's twins, Max and Emme.
