Things are getting a little cautious in Laker Land.

Lakers' guard Kobe Bryant turned his ankle in the fourth quarter on Sunday night against the Hornets, and is now reported to be listed as day to day.

He says he'll play, Lakers coach Phil Jackson said on Monday.

According to ESPN, Bryant spent Monday undergoing extensive treatment on the ankle, which included icing, electrostimulation and massage, and declined to have an MRI, against the wishes of the organization.

Bryant had said the injury was more to his foot than his ankle.

I think he'll play no matter what, Pau Gasol said. So, I'm not even thinking about anything else.
