Lady Gaga has hit the headlines yet again for enduring another nasty fall on stage. The video of the singer falling off piano during her Monster's Ball tour in Houston has now gone viral. But taking a tumble on stages across the world is nothing new for the pop diva, as seen in the innumerable number of instances in the past.

In the latest instance, the pop sensation was caught on tape falling off a piano while performing 'You and I'. Despite having hit her knee before falling flat on her back, Lady Gaga proved her grit by literally crawling out from under the piano and her way back into the performance without ceasing to sing.

This is not the first time the pop diva has survived a fall on stage during a live concert. In December 2009, Lady Gaga slipped and fell during the performance of Bad Romance in Vancouver.

Her Bad Romance fall came weeks after she slipped and fell in Montreal, Canada in November while performing Teeth.

The following is the video of the latest fall, followed by several clips depicting how prone Gaga is to taking a tumble. Blame it on the footwear?
