As Lady Gaga fans stream into the artist's YouTube site for their daily hits, they are greeted with a message: This account has been suspended due to multiple or sever violations of YouTube's Copyright Policy.

According to Time Out Tokyo, the account was suspended after she posted her appearance on the Fuji TV show SMAP x SMAP where she performed a medley from her new album Born This Way with Japan themed ad-libs.

MTV reports that the video features Gaga performing on a fog-covered set with the Japanese boy band SMAP. She emerges from an ornate box wearing a black mask and sings The Edge of Glory, before accompanied by high-energy dancers before sitting down at the piano for a solo of You and I.

Gaga tweeted about landing in L.A. today but has not yet commented on the suspension of her account following her excitement that the Monster Ball had nominated her for Five Emmy Awards. I'm crying, so proud, she said. On July 11. She tweeted, My performance +cooking show appearance on SMAP SMAP is airing now in Japan. Kawaii Monsters!

Lady Gaga has proved to be the queen of YouTube becoming the first user to generate 1 billion views with her videos. The Edge of Glory is still available to watch, with almost 17 million views.
