Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc said its Chapter 11 reorganization plan is now supported by creditors who hold more than $160 billion in claims.

The U.S. brokerage said it filed a supplement to the joint Chapter 11 plan which includes nine major settlement agreements.

Lehman said the deadline for voting for the plan is November 4.
