LG has apparently partnered with the premium audio firm “B&O PLAY” in order to offer high-quality audio experience to the G5 owners.

Powerful Hi-Fi Audio

B&O PLAY is a subsidiary of the well-known Danish company Bang & Olufsen, known for producing impressive audio-visual products. The upcoming LG G5, earmarked for Feb. 21 launch, will also benefit from this partnership.

Even though, LG has not revealed the technical details of the audio enhancements yet, it is safe to assume that G5 owners will be offered the best audio experience among other flagships.

Rumored LG G5 Specifications, Features

Past rumors suggested that the handset will feature a 5.6-inch display and a QHD resolution. From the hardware end, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 SoC will apparently power the device.

There are some conflicting reports with regard to camera configuration. Some tech portals point to a solid 20-megapixel rear-facing camera unit and a generous 8-megapixel front-facing shooter.

Meanwhile, other reports say, a dual camera setup can be expected from the South Korean tech giant. As part of the dual camera setup, the main camera will apparently sport a 16-megapixel sensor, whereas the secondary unit will carry an 8-megapixel snapper to capture perfect shots.

Speaking of design, the LG G5 will reportedly come with a metallic chassis instead of the synonymous plastic exterior. For the first time, LG will house a fingerprint scanner on its flagship device.

Apart from the built-in storage space, the G5 will come with a microSD card slot for further expansion. Rumors also say a USB Type-C port will be part of the handset.
