Moniece Slaughter is happy her girlfriend, who goes by the name Digg the Kicks, has been sticking by her side throughout the drama surrounding her sex tape. The “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” star took to Instagram to write a very sweet message about her lover, thanking her for showing her so much support.

“I’ve been going through a whole lot as you all know. The devil has been busy,” she wrote. “I’ve held tight to my loved ones. And the love and support has helped me stay focused. You guys don’t get to see the nurturing side of me that is always giving. Always taking care of the people closest to me. They know my heart.”

She continued: “Finally God saw fit to bless me with a partner that not only acknowledges those qualities. She appreciates them. She encourages me to hold on to them. … Was on my way out the door to therapy. Lol. Mental health and emotional well being are extremely important. I was greeted by a flower delivery. Thank you squish for loving on me in spite of.”

Moniece first revealed she was in a same-sex relationship in August. When fans started to criticize the romance, the VH1 reality star posted a video to Instagram defending her decision to date a woman. “I have always been. A bi-sexual woman,” she wrote in the caption. “It’s not new to my family although I always denied it out of fear of judgement and criticism. … I’ve made a great decision in who I’ve chosen to give myself to. And invite into my son’s world. Their world. And my own. Any man I’ve dated, is made aware in the beginning that I am bisexual.”

Digg the Kicks hasn’t made an appearance on the current Season 3 of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood.” On the past few episodes Moniece has been trying to prevent several of her co-stars from leaking her sex tape. On Monday’s episode 10, Moniece threatened to take Jason Lee to court if he didn’t give her the X-rated video.

Following the episode airing, Moniece told her fans on Twitter that she wasn’t going to watch the remainder of the season or the “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” reunion because of how she was being attacked on the show. “Producers need to revisit the way choose [sic] to rake in ratings,” she posted.
