“Lucifer” Season 2, episode 7 is confirmed to be entitled “My Little Monkey.”

A photo of the script for episode 7 was shared on the show’s official Twitter page, confirming that “My Little Monkey” was written by Jenn Kao and will be directed by Tara Nicole Weyr. As of late, no other details about the upcoming episode have been released.

Based on the title, fans speculated that the episode might focus mostly on Chloe Decker’s (Lauren German) daughter, Trixie (Scarlett Estevez). In Season 1, Chloe often fondly called Trixie her "monkey."

Fans are excited to see more of the young girl next season, especially since she didn’t have a lot of scenes in the first one. A "Lucifer" fan believes that Chloe will find out in episode 7 that her daughter is not innocent after all. Another fan thinks that Trixie and Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) might share a hilarious scene together when the former decides to bring him to school for her class' show and tell.

But before Trixie could possibly have an entire episode to herself, viewers will first learn more information about Lucifer’s mom, Charlotte (Tricia Helfer). While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, executive producer Joe Henderson said that they didn’t originally think of introducing Charlotte very early on in the series.

“We had all these conversations about Lucifer’s family… The big revelation we had midway through season one was: what about mom? That became a big piece of it that we hadn’t originally planned for,” he said.

In other news, Helfer is very excited to shake things up for Lucifer and Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside). In an interview with TV Line, the actress also said that it is Charlotte’s goal to spend as much time as she can with her two sons.

“Lucifer” Season 2 will premiere on FOX on Sept. 19 at 9 p.m. ET.
