Maddie Ziegler is thrilled to have won a second Teen Choice Award for choice dancer. On Sunday night, the 14-year-old performer walked away with the honor for the second consecutive year and took a moment onstage at the Fox show to thank her fans for voting.

“I can’t believe this is my second choice dance award. It’s the most surreal thing,” Maddie told the crowd. “I just want to say thank you guys so much for getting me to where I am today because I am just a girl from Pittsburgh and I would not be here getting to share my passion with you and doing all these amazing things without you guys. This is dedicated to you.”

Also up for the choice dancer honor was Maddie’s former “Dance Moms” teammate Chloe Lukasiak, who she reunited with during the show. Chloe was also nominated last year after securing the category’s initial win in 2015. Other 2017 nominees for choice dancer included Derek and Julianne Hough from “Dancing With the Stars,” tWitch and Kida The Great.

After the show, Maddie took to social media to further express her appreciation for receiving the honor. “Can’t thank everyone enough for all the [love],” she tweeted, including a heart emoji. Maddie added a longer statement on Instagram alongside a photo of her blue carpet ensemble.

“I can’t thank you guys enough for voting for me as your choice dancer for the second time!” she wrote in the caption. “I love you all so so much and I’m so thankful for everyone.”

It wasn’t just winning an award that made Maddie’s night. She also took to social media to gush about being able to spend time with her friends and fellow nominees at the event. Ahead of the program, Maddie took a moment to pose with her off-screen bestie, “Stranger Things” actress Millie Bobby Brown, on the carpet.

“Walking the carpet with my mills was the best thing ever. I love you so much,” Maddie wrote of their time together. One of the images she shared was the two holding hands and smiling at one another.

During the last half of the show, Maddie got to reunite with her friend again to present with “America’s Got Talent” winner Grace VanderWaal. “Teens are changing the world and these girls are so inspiring to me,” Maddie captioned of shot of three onstage together. “I’m so happy that girls like me, Millie, and Grace are not afraid to be vocal on opinions we believe in. Never be afraid to go for what you want. Be you and have fun!”

Millie added a similar comment on her own Instagram page, writing, “Girl empowerment is what I wanted to represent and for me tonight was about celebrating a youthful generation with a talented singer songwriter and an incredible dancer and actor. I had the honor to share the stage with them and to show that girls from London, Pittsburgh, and New York have made it this far with our beautiful fans.”
