Maria Sharapova and Caroline Wozniacki played in the BNP Paribas Showdown at Madison Square Garden last night with Sharapova winning in straight sets.

But the actual winner was secondary to the fun and relaxed atmosphere of the evening. Late in the match during a changeover, Sharapova danced with a member of the crowd that she had brought onto the court.

After some back and forth between the ladies about who was the better dancer, Wozniacki created her own unique moment.

She asked if any hot guys wanted to dance with her, then called her boyfriend, world number one golfer Rory Mcilroy, onto the court. They didn't dance, but Mcilroy did play a point against Sharapova.

Mcilroy played to the crowd by teeing up the ball with the racket like a golf club before serving underhand and having a brief volley with Sharapova.
