Dylan O’Brien is well and back to work.

The “Maze Runner” actor was spotted on the set of his upcoming movie “American Assassins,” according to Entertainment Tonight. O’Brien was photographed talking to some members of the film’s crew, and he looked like he was in high spirits.

It has been months since O’Brien took time off to recuperate from injuries he got while filming the last installment of the “Maze Runner” series, “Maze Runner: The Death Cure.”

O’Brien has yet to address the incident, but a report from infonews.ca revealed that the accident was serious. The accident was described: “An action sequence was being filmed for a motion picture. This young worker was attached to a vehicle by a harness, lanyard, and overhead truss system when he climbed onto the back (of) another vehicle. As the vehicles slowed, the trailing vehicle the worker was anchored to slowed more rapidly than the vehicle the worker climbed onto.”

O’Brien reportedly had facial fractures.

Meanwhile, prior to going back to work, O’Brien also teased his return by going back to Twitter after taking time off from social media. After months of silence on the social media site, O’Brien tweeted a message of support for his favorite team. He tweeted, “LGM baby,” to cheer for the New York Mets.

Production for “The Death Cure” was supposed to resume in May, but it was further delayed to give O’Brien time to recuperate from the injuries. There were also scheduling conflicts for the production crew, so finding a date to continue was difficult. Once things were ironed out Fox decided to restart filming Feb. 2017, according to Deadline. Wes Ball, who directed the first two installments of the series, will return as director.

“Maze Runner: The Death Cure,” which was originally slated for a Feb. 17, 2017 theatrical release, will hit theaters Jan. 18, 2018.
