Transformers actress Megan Fox is infamous for the drastic transformations that her face undergoes overnight. But she  doesn't appreciate rumors of Botox therapies, and once slammed rumor-mongers by posting close-ups of her face and forehead on Facebook under the caption: Things you can't do with your face when you have Botox.

But Fox's most recent public appearances have spurrred new rumors suggesting that she may have undergone some sort of plumping treatment.

Fox sported a casual look as she stepped out to the Hollywood premiere of Puss in Boots on Sunday, with her cheeks so plumped that her highly defined cheekbones were lost in the fullness of her face.

Megan looks like a Cabbage Patch Doll version of herself. Her cheeks appear plumped, possibly from injections of a filler like Sculptra, Dr. Tony Youn, who does not work with Fox, told FOX411's Pop Tarts column. It is possible that she's still swollen, so within a couple days she might look a lot better. She's definitely transformed!

Though the possibility of non-surgical cheek enhancements cannot be ruled out, in Fox's case she may have simply gained a bit of weight on her face making it appear fuller.

But she had recently said the reason for her drastic weight loss was a strict vegan diet. For a year and a half, until about four months ago, I followed a strict vegan diet based on raw fruits and vegetables. If she had been working on losing some pounds, how is it that her face dramatically gained some?
