Mercedes Benz has quietly brought in its E-Class Cabriolet while pushing out the outdated CLK convertible. The E-Class with two variants E350 at $56,850, and E550 at $64,800 are stylish ragtops that are specially designed for those who love a fast ride. The cars feature an innovative user safety technology called Attention Assist which can sense the driver's tiredness and level of drowsiness and send the data to the central panel to help the driver to navigate more easily. The cars are also equipped with the AirCap feature which saves the passengers in the car from high speed winds. It has a wind deflector that lifts wind from the top of the windshield to form a barrier.

The E350 is a 4-seat convertible, with an insulated cloth soft top, leather upholstery and hand-polished wood trim. It is powered by 268 horsepower 3.5 liter V-6 engine, and has 7-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The E550 features a 5.5-liter V-8 engine with 382 horsepower and 391 foot-pounds of torque. The new model has 18-inch wheels and Dynamic Handling suspension. It claims to reach a speed of 60 mph from a standstill in about five seconds. The current is loaded with technology to improve the overall driving experience. For driver and passenger comfort the car features the AirScarf system-which blows warm air on your neck from vents in the headrest. It also has an infrared night-vision display, adaptive cruise control, and brake assist.
