After defeating Ellen DeGeneres in a push-up contest last week while touring in support of her Let's Move campaign to fight childhood obesity, it appears that Michelle Obama has opened up the floodgates to any and all talk show hosts who want to challenge the First Lady to a test of physical strength.

Last night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, the host played a video, which was recorded last month, in which he travelled to the White House to take on Obama in a six-part physical competition. Fallon said he issued the challenge after hearing Michelle Obama's speech at a press conference, in which she said, I'm pretty much willing to make a complete fool of myself to get kids moving.

After arriving at the White House things quickly heated up between the First Lady and the late night talk show host. The two started things off with a stair race before moving onto push-ups, tug of war (in which the First Lady cheated to win), hula hoops, dodge-ball (which ended when Fallon took a ball to the eye), and finally the sack race.

This is for all the marbles, said Fallon.

Good luck, you're gonna need it, replied Obama, before soundly winning the race.

After the video Fallon noted that the best part of the trip was meeting the Obama family's dog, as he displayed a picture of the Portuguese Water Dog licking his face.

Bo loved me!
