After years of rumors regarding her sexuality, actress Michelle Rodriguez has finally come out of the closet.

In a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, the longtime “Fast and Furious” film star admitted that she identifies with being bisexual, telling the magazine that she has dating experience with both men and women. “I've gone both ways,” Rodriguez revealed to the magazine, adding, “I do as I please. I am too f--king curious to sit here and not try when I can. Men are intriguing. So are chicks."

While the 35-year-old Texas native has never previously publicly confirmed her sexuality, she did state that she understands her fans' desire to know the truth. “I don’t talk about what I do with my vagina, and they’re all intrigued. I've never walked the carpet with anyone, so they wonder: What does she do with her vagina?” she said, claiming that her tough female characters she portrays on screen also fueled the gay rumors. “I play a butchy girl all the time, so they assume I'm a lesbo,” Rodriquez said.

According to a report from Us Weekly, the actress previously revealed during a red carpet interview at the premiere of the 2011 film “Battle Los Angeles” that she was not gay. “I’m not a lesbian … yeah,” the star told Rumorfix, later adding, “Michi likes sausage.” The actress once against dished on her attraction to men during an interview with the Daily News in May, stating that her Latina DNA makes her attracted to “alpha” males.

While Rodriguez didn’t specify if she was currently in a relationship, the actress did mention he desire to “mingle.” “I always felt like a loner, and now, you know what? F— that! I want to know who’s out there,” she said. “I’m open. I want to mingle.” Rodriguez, who at one point was rumored to be linked to her “Fast and Furious” co-star Vin Diesel, was last rumored to be dating her “BloodRayne" co-star Kristanna Loken. According to a report from Hollywood.com, the “Burn Notice“ TV star alluded to having a sexual relationship with Rodriguez during an interview with the gay publication The Advocate in 2005.

Rodriguez can be seen next in the Robert Rodriguez action thriller “Machete Kills," which will be in theaters on Oct. 11. The actress is currently in production on “Fast and Furious 7,” which is scheduled for a July 2014 release.
