Mildred Baena Gives First Interview

Mildred Baena, the mother of Former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's love child, Joseph, has given her first interview to Hello! Magazine and posed for photos with her son. Baena revealed Joseph is aged 13 and learned Schwarzenegger is his birth father one year ago. Joseph reacted to the news and thought it was cool, according to the Washington Post.

Last month, Reuters reported Schwarzenegger acknowledged fathering a child outside of his marriage. Schwarzenegger and his broadcast journalist wife Maria Shriver separated after being married 25 years.

She was so strong. She cried with me and told me to get off my knees. We held each other and I told her it wasn't Arnie's fault, that it takes two, Baena said of Shriver in the interview with Hello!.

The Washington Post reports Baena was a long-time housekeeper at the Schwarzenegger family's Brentwood mansion.
