Miranda Lambert isn’t holding back. The pink-haired country star let her emotions fly on Wednesday night when the 31-year-old artist performed one of her most raw songs at the 2015 CMA Awards, “Bathroom Sink.”

“One reason it’s the most honest is because I wrote it by myself,” the 31-year-old artist revealed to Radio.com. “It’s a pretty emotional song. It’s not the way that I feel every day but everybody has moments they feel that way that the song describes. I’ve had a song like that on every record that’s laying it all out there but I feel like those are important to keep around.”

Miranda, who won female vocalist of the year and is nominated for the prestigious category of entertainer of the year, performed moments after her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, confidentially belted out his chart-topping tune “Gonna.”

Prior to the CMA Awards, it was revealed that “The Voice” star, who ended his four-year relationship with Lambert in July, had begun dating again -- his co-star from "The Voice." Shelton’s representative confirmed to Perez Hilton in a statement that Shelton and Gwen Stefani were dating after the two were spotted leaving a Halloween party together.

"Gwen and Blake are longtime friends who have very recently started dating,” the rep stated.
