Motorola has announced a launch event for new devices on July 28. Speculation is rife that the Moto G (2015) will be showcased on that day. The rumor mill also claims that Moto X (2015), new Moto 360 smartwatch and new Droid smartphones are also coming out then.

Motorola is announcing launch events in London, São Paulo and New York. Since it states “a better mobile relationship is on its way,” Phone Arena speculates that means new smartphones.

The Motorola Moto G (2015) was recently rumored to get unveiled on July 28. It is expected to feature a 5-inch display with HD resolution support and a Snapdragon 410 chipset. Speculations claim that two variants of Moto G (2015) are under wraps, one featuring 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB internal storage and the other one housing 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage.

Since the handset is rumored to be an IPx7-certified device, the Moto G (2015) is likely to come with water-resistant chassis. In the U.S., it is expected to roll out for $179.99.

The Motorola Moto X (2015) will be coming with a 5.2-inch screen and a Snapdragon 810 chipset. It is pegged to arrive with an upgraded camera and an enormous battery. Moto X Sport, a rugged variant of the Moto X (2015) with water-resistant chassis, is also likely to get unveiled on July 28. Rumors also claim that a larger version of the Moto X with 5.7 inches display is in the making.

Motorola might release a successor model for last year’s Moto 360 smartwatch at its launch event. The new smartwatch is expected to come with a higher resolution display supporting 360 pixels. Since the past couple of years, Motorola has been releasing a Verizon exclusive Droid smartphone in the U.S. A new Motorola Droid is also being rumored to get unleashed on July 28.
