The commitment from Tracy Howard is a huge boost for the Hurricanes, who also got commitment letters from Deon Bush (Miami, Fla./Columbus), Tyriq McCord (Tampa, Fla./Jefferson). Howard is expected to compete for playing time immediately, and will add great depth to a team that went 6-6 last year.
