The New York Rangers now face their second do-or-die game seven of the playoffs when they take on the Washington Capitals on Saturday night from Madison Square Garden.

The Rangers won a wild game five after tying the game with 6.6 seconds left to go in the game, then scoring less than two minutes into overtime. With that goal it seemed as though the Rangers had seized the momentum and were on their way to the conference finals.

But Capitals rookie goaltender Braden Holtby had other plans. He stopped 30 of the 31 shots he faced, only allowing a goal with less than a minute to play, as the Caps hung on to take game six 2-1.

Though the Rangers are only 4-3 on the sheet at MSG in these playoffs, they were dominant in game seven against the Senators on their home ice, and they will have to recapture that magic if they are to make an impact this year.

Whatever happens tonight, it will probably be very close, just like the series. Through six games the teams have alternated wins and losses and been within one goal of each other for almost 90 percent of game time.

The team that scores first will probably be the winner. The team to score first has won each of the previous six games.

Where to watch: The game can be viewed online at www.firstrowsports.eu/sport/ice-hockey.html. It will also be broadcast nationally on the NBC Sports Network at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Prediction: The Rangers were the top seed in the East for a reason, they are the best team. Henrik Lundqvist will stand on his head and the rest of the Rangers will find a way to kick start their offense and get past Washington.

Predicted Score: New York over Washington 2-1 in overtime
