A New York businessman said a drone crash landed near him in Manhattan during Monday rush hour, WABC News exclusively reported Wednesday.

The businessman, who did not give his name, said he snatched a memory card from the crash debris. He told WABC that the footage showed the drone, which weighed about 3 pounds, hovering above Grand Central Station.

The New York City Police Department isn’t looking into the case because they don’t believe a crime took place, the businessman told the television station.

The businessman said he didn’t suffer any injuries in the Manhattan drone crash, adding that the unmanned vehicle crashed a few feet from him.
