At the recent custody case of Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva the Los Angeles court judge ordered Mel to pay child support for his daughter.

Gibson's legal team was asking for a rent deduction of $6000 from the $20,000 that he is supposed to pay per month. But the judge ordered that he has to pay the money from back date which came to about $60,000, said Radaronline.com.

Oksana is living in the actor's house in Serman Oaks, California, with her mom and daughter. The judge also refused to serve any gag orders to make all proceedings private. The judge deferred any ruling on Mel's visitation rights with his daughter. Oksana claimed that her child was not safe with him.
