LONDON - Pfizer Inc, the world's largest drugmaker, is planning a four-part benchmark bond denominated in U.S. dollars to help fund its purchase of Wyeth, one of the banks managing the sale said on Monday.

The deal will consist of three-year, six-year, 10-year and 30-year bonds, the bank said.

Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners, the bank said.
