To culminate a spectacular year, Pippa Middleton will celebrate the end of 2011 by throwing what will surely be one of the most fabulous New Year's Eve parties around.

The professional party planner will show off her skills with an end-of-the-year bash at her family's mansion. She has even rented out an entire hotel near her parents' home in Bucklebury, southern England, for the overspill of guests, reports The Sun.

The 28-year-old decided to throw the fete for friends and family who have been by her side through what was quite a whirlwind year. She's gone from being largely unknown to one of the most recognized women in the world, so she decided to hold a big party to thank everyone, a source said.

This event is a pivotal for Pippa whose career is based on party-planning. But, friends assure that Pippa will pass with flying colors. [She] works hard and is a real London career girl. This year, Middleton even secured herself a $616,000 advance for a book about party planning and hostessing. It will very likely be a best-seller, as everything Pippa touches seems to turn to gold. The Modalu handbag, dubbed The Pippa, flew off the shelves after the brunette beauty was photographed carrying it.

Two guests who will not be in attendance at Pippa's NYE bash include Kate and William. The newlyweds will be spending the holiday quietly at Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
