“Teen Mom 3” star Mackenzie McKee wasn’t surprised when she heard her former co-star Briana DeJesus was going to film for “Teen Mom 2.” That’s because she already interview for the position.

McKee told Radar Online Thursday in an exclusive interview that MTV picked DeJesus over her because the Florida mother had more baby daddy drama.

They were interviewed two months ago, but “the story on different baby daddies is what people are interested it,” she said. “I hope MTV didn’t chose her over me because I am married and have three kids with the same guy.”

While McKee works on a fitness program, which she posts to Instagram, the mother-of-three accused DeJesus of not accomplishing anything.

“I have worked very hard for where I am,” she said. “I’m working on all this stuff and what has she done? She’s not working on anything.”

McKee isn’t the only one sour about the new casting. “I don’t think the ‘Teen Mom 2’ girls are happy,” she added.

While the former cheerleader seemed bitter, she said she was “happy” for DeJesus. “This is nothing against her. I think maybe her story was more interesting than mine,” she said. “She is a very good friend of mine.”

McKee was right about one thing: “Teen Mom 2” star Jenelle Evans was not pleased about DeJesus joining the cast. When asked about her new co-star, Evans refused to answer.

“I’m not commenting on it at all,” she exclusively told The Dirty.com last week. “MTV wanted me to film about it and I even told them no.”

DeJesus fired off a cryptic response on Twitter, which seemed to be aimed at Evans. “My one and only comment: I don't really give a f--- what another person has to say! Still doing me at the end of the day!” she tweeted to her nearly 18,000 followers Wednesday.

“Teen Mom 3” was canceled after the first season, but “Teen Mom 2” aired on MTV for 7 seasons and is slated for a Season 8 now that DeJesus joined the cast.

Between a second pregnancy and high-profile plastic surgery mommy makeover with celebrity doctor Michael Salzhauer, DeJesus remained in the spotlight after “Teen Mom 3” ended. By Monday, she did not reveal the name of the man who fathered her second child.
