Queen Letizia of Spain along with her husband King Felipe VI is on a four-day visit to the U.S. The royal couple were welcomed by the U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama to White House on Tuesday. Letizia also celebrated her 43rd birthday on Sept. 15.

The stylish royal looked chic in a black-and-white floral dress by Spanish designer Felipe Varelo paired with a white blazer. It was the same Hugo Boss jacket that she wore to meet President Francois Hollande of France in June, Hello reported.

Letizia’s black and white floral patterned dress was slim fitting and ended just above her knees. It featured a V neckline and was sleeveless. The queen cut a sophisticated figure in the number, which showed off her slim frame.

She teamed her dress with matching sky high pumps, black bag and her favorite white topaz Links of London Egg earrings. Letizia’s short hair was tucked behind her ears. She looked flawless with smoky eye make-up, brown lipstick and a hint of pink on her cheeks.

Meanwhile, the first lady of the U.S. opted for a white windowpane print dress cut in her trademark fit and flared style. Michelle was pictured in the same dress at the Summit on Working Families in 2014. She paired her dress with a pair of mid-heeled silver court shoes.

Her hair was styled in a bouncy blowout with loose waves and kept in center part. Michelle accessorized with silver drop earrings. She played the perfect hostess and gave the royal, a tour of her famous organic garden.

Felipe, meanwhile, was received in the Oval Office by Obama. The Spanish royals began their day in Mount Vernon the home of George Washington, where they laid a wreath in honor of America’s great founding father. The royals also visited Capitol Hill to meet with law-makers.

Their four-day trip is Letizia’s second as queen. Before her wedding, she reported on the U.S. presidential elections of 2000 and broadcast from Ground Zero following the Sept. 11 attacks. Meanwhile, her husband studied international affairs at Georgetown University.
